What a day! # 1 single song on the sales charts with Japanese Johnny’s West and # 5 on the album chart in Japan with Double S 301. Both songs were written by Starlab Publishing songwriter Nicklas Eklund and Kevin Borg. Congratulations!

Starlab invited to a big showcase at Café Opera in Stockholm where Starlabs artists performed a couple of songs each in front of a packed audience. The evening was a great success and we thank everyone involved: Artists, songwriters, musicians, host, Sound & Light technicians, film makers, photographers, volunteers and especially all the guests and audience.

Congratulations to Starlab artist Michael Fannon for the victory “Svensktoppen Nästa 2015”. Congratulations also to our songwriters who wrote the winning song “Kommer tid, Kommer råd” Nicklas Eklund, Michael Fannon and Johannah Noelia. The song will now have an A-list spot on Sweden’s largest radio station P4 at least a month. The picture shows the hosts Lasse Kronér and Carolina Norén, with the winner Michael Fannon in the middle.

A beautiful duet recorded today in Starlabs studio between the very popular actor Björn Kjellman and the musical star Lisa Stadell! The couple will do the song in this summer’s big Diggiloo livetour.
